downtown Toronto, this 445-unit condominium community will anchor a new
comprehensively planned community on the former Wellesley Hospital
site. Exploring a hi-tech architectural design expression, Verve
has made a powerful visual statement, in both the local neighbourhood
and on the Toronto Skyline. Its 39-storey point tower of glass and concrete elements, and its
seven-storey loft building are linked by a central lobby. The
tower facade has been shaped to take advantage of the unique elements
of the surrounding landscape, thus it follows the curving path of
