Temperance is a proposed project, which will be situated at the
northeast corner of Temperance and Sheppard Streets.
The project is a contemporary glass tower sitting on a 7 storey
traditional precast podium. The glass tower relates to the cluster of
commercial towers in the financial district while the scale and
architectural language of the podium relates to the adjacent “Graphic
Arts” heritage building. The project is a mixed-use building comprised
of 540 dwelling units, ground floor retail, above grade parking from
the 2nd to 7th floors and indoor and outdoor recreational facilities at
the 8th floor.
