These
two residential buildings are located at Wellington Street West and
Blue Jays Way in Toronto's growing redevelopment area. The
architecture of these buildings is a contemporary interpretation of the
warehouse designs of the old industrial neighbourhood. The two
buildings are linked by a common "minimalist" lobby. The
development is an "in-fill" project which re-establishes the street edge
and introduces residential use into the neighbourhood.
