At
the foot of the Skydome affronting CN tower, the Element is a 353 unit,
24 storey glass tower acting as a trasitional building between taller
glass towers to the south and shorter precast concrete building to the
north. Colonnaded retail at the ground level connects the project
to the urban streetscape, and acts as extension of the pedestrian
walkway. Roof top amenity and garden offers views of the city and
the lake in the distance.
