development of

Area is located in the heart of Yorkville at the intersection of Bloor
Street West
and Bellair Avenue.
The
six
storey
podium fronting Bloor
Street West consists of two levels
of upscale retail with residential amenity areas and a club overlooking
Bloor
Street to the
south, a private garden and the Yorkville Park
to the north. The 27
storey high residential tower is situated at the southeast corner of
the
property.
The
restored Heritage
facade of
the Bloor Street
theatre was incorporated
into the storefront adjacent to the pedestrian mid-block link to the
Yorkville Park. The Pearcy House facade was also restored and
is now a part of the residential
entrance.
